You can upload clear photos of people, pets, drawings, handwriting or meaningful objects. For the best result, choose an image with good lighting, a clear subject and minimal blur. We will review your file before starting the design.

Will I see the design before production?
Yes. We will send you a digital design preview for approval before production begins. Your piece will only move into production once you are happy with the final design.

How long does customization take?
Most custom pieces take approximately 2–4 weeks to design and produce after your design has been approved. More detailed designs may require additional time. Shipping time is calculated separately.

Can I request changes?
Yes. You can request reasonable adjustments during the design preview stage. Once the design has been approved and production has started, further changes may no longer be possible.
